With his proven track record in establishing trusted relationships and delivering client success, he will be responsible for market development, account growth, and client relationship management.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Master in Business Administration, and graduate certifications in technology leadership and organizational change management. Paul is also Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Six Sigma Greenbelt certified. As a graduate of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Partners Leadership Program in 2016, Paul continues to stay engaged as a Fellow, currently serving as Industry Chair of the ACT-IAC Volunteer Recognition Committee.

Annette Chashin has joined NetImpact Strategies

NetImpact Strategies Inc. (NetImpact), an award-winning services and solutions provider for the federal market has appointed Annette Chashin as Practice Director for Finance and Acquisitions.
With her proven record of accomplishment in program management and business development, Annette will be responsible for building teams, managing delivery, promoting growth, and establishing strategy within her practice area.

Annette brings more than 30 years of experience leading program and technology solutions for large and small organizations, and customer segments. Prior to joining NetImpact, Annette supported the growth of Information Innovators, Inc., most recently as the Program Manager for the GWAC program office, as Account Manager leading several successful capture efforts, and as Program Support Lead for the FAA’s SE-2020 acquisition effort.

Annette holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. She holds her Project Management Professional (PMP), and is Scrum Master and ITIL v3 certified.

NetImpact Strategies Independently Appraised to be at CMMI Maturity Level 3

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. (NetImpact) was independently appraised to satisfy the requirements of maturity level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Version 1.3 for Development.

CMMI is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective process that ultimately improves their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well-characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. (NetImpact) was awarded a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (FS). This is an agency specific IDIQ with the combined contract ceiling of $49M. Through this opportunity, NetImpact will provide Forest Service with expertise in human resources and application development and management to assist with application implementation in the Human Resources Management (HRM) Enterprise. In addition to supporting Forest Service, NetImpact’s services may be requested by any USDA agency or office.

NetImpact named finalist in G2Xchange Federal Health IT Awards!

NetImpact Strategies beat out dozens of submissions to be named a finalist for the G2XchangeFedHealthIT Innovation awards. Nominations for the FedHealthIT Innovation Awards were reviewed, evaluated and selected by a team of former Federal and current Health IT industry executives.

NetImpact submitted a proposal for the NetImpact Syndromic Surveillance Solution (NS3) which is being developed to enable Federal health care providers and Federal agencies a mechanism to quickly collect critical data and convert that data into actionable intelligence available to all stakeholders and across agencies in an easily configurable, easily consumable manner.

This gives NetImpact great exposure to potential clients in the federal healthcare environment. Team members consist of Rebecca McSweeney, Kathleen Abt, Gene Greiff, Robert Greiff, Rachael Cotter, and Quontinetta Bufford and are being led by Jennifer Taylor.

NetImpact Strategies Wins Professional Services Schedule (PSS) Contract

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. (NetImpact) was awarded a Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). Through this program, GSA consolidated its offerings into a single contract that will provide NetImpact clients with a more streamlined approach to procuring complex professional services requirements while offering shorter lead times, lower administrative costs, more flexibility, and the ability to retain control of their own procurement.

The GSA PSS is a five-year vehicle with a five-year option period that will allow NetImpact customers to obtain total solutions to complex professional-services requirements from a single source, reduce costs associated with managing various Schedules, and increase program efficiency through fewer contracts and solicitations.

Management of Change Conference (MOC 2014)
– NetImpact President, Kavita Kalatur, has agreed to serve as the Vice-Chair for the Management of Change conference scheduled for May 18 - 20, 2014.
ACT-IAC has sponsored the Management of Change (MOC) conference since 1980. It was created by ACT’s predecessor (the Federation of Government Information Processing Councils (FGIPC)) as a forum to bring together government executives from throughout the country and from all levels of government to share ideas, solutions and strategies on the application of information technology to government. MOC provides a forum where program managers, technology managers, acquisition officials and others can work together on real-life challenges and develop practical strategies and initiatives for improving government. MOC also includes a technology showcase that highlights a small number of innovative products and services (participation is through a competitive process). Approximately 400 government and industry executives participate.

The 10th Annual Operation Jump Start was held at the Army Navy Country Club on February 10, 2014. Operation Jump Start is a wonderful event helping the soldiers of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom to transition to civilian careers by collecting donations of quality suits (men and women's), gift cards, and cash donations.

NetImpact team members, Sharon Sabasteanski and Annie Yu volunteered at the event. They assisted the Veterans and their families pick out clothes, logged donations, and with clean-up after the event. They both thought it was a great opportunity to work with Veterans from Walter Reed Medical Center and we hope this will inspire more NetImpact team members get involved with this great event.

Kavita Kalatur, President, NetImpact Strategies, received the ACT IAC Individual Contributor of the Year - Industry award at the recently concluded Executive Leadership Conference sponsored by the American Council for Technology (ACT) and the Industry Advisory Council (IAC). Kavita was recognized for her significant contributions to ACT-IAC and demonstrated leadership skills over the past year.

The ACT-IAC Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) is considered the premiere collaborative and learning event in the government IT community. First held in 1991, ELC provides a forum where senior executives from government and industry can learn from one another and collaborate on strategic and high priority issues.

NetImpact Team members participated in the 16th Annual Race for Hope Washington, DC 5K Run/Walk on May 5th 2013.
The Race for Hope DC, a 5K course in the nation's capital, is a fun and inspiring way to join forces in the fight against brain tumors by raising funds for research. It is one of the largest fundraisers in the country benefiting the brain tumor community and the proceeds support National Brain Tumor Society and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure.

15th Children’s Inn Gala
NetImpact Strategies has been an active supporter of AFCEA Bethesda charity Gala benefiting The Childrens Inn at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Kavita Kalatur, President, NetImpact Strategies, chaired the Government Outreach Committee in 2012 and again in 2013.

The Childrens Inn at the NIH is a residential facility for seriously ill children who are receiving treatment at the NIH. Families travel from across the country and around the world to take part in clinical trials at the NIH, the worlds leading biomedical research center. These are stressful times for families, both emotionally and financially. The Inn serves as a support system and comfortable place to stay on the NIH campus for the children and their families at no cost.
