NetImpact Strategies, Inc. has been awarded an Unrestricted Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) by the FDIC CORHQ24G0652. The overall scope of the multiple-award BOA includes support for operating, maintaining, enhancing, researching, analyzing, and implementing existing and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform in support of the FDIC mission. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, organizational change management, architecture and design, business process analysis, mapping, configuration, development, testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer.
