I joined Netimpact primarily because of its values, doing the right thing really resonated with me, and since I've joined the company for the past four years, I've seen it in action many a time. Netimpact truly believes that the employee is the most important asset of the company. They encourage the employees to follow their career aspirations by providing training that lead to certifications, they encourage employees to participate in community service projects year after year.
I have never seen a company support professional growth and development like netimpact. For me, personally, I've obtained eight certifications in the five years that I've been at netimpact, including CISSP, PMP, safe and others on my team, specifically, multiple people have obtained their PMPs through our training program. We have helped people get security plus DevOps, you name it. We've got a certification program for it, or have helped somebody go and obtain it on their own. And that's done wonders for professional development for pretty much everybody I've interacted with that netimpact.
NetImpact has a very supportive management which encourages in continuous learning, keep up with the new technologies and the market segment, the company offers an open environment, open ideas. Believes in everybody's voice, and they provide work life, balance teaching. Management is very encouraging all employees to take certs, learn and train themselves to grow you.
