With a wealth of experience spanning nearly two decades in the IT industry, Chad brings a remarkable set of skills and industry expertise to his new role as NetImpact’s Vice President of the Federal Civilian business unit. Since joining in 2022, Chad Johnson has played a pivotal role in ensuring delivery excellence for U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs and nurturing account growth. His commitment to exceeding customer expectations and success in leading strategic initiatives, including guiding enterprise digital transformation and the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to enhance the USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) mission area’s technical operations, has been instrumental to NetImpact’s expanding portfolio.
Prior to NetImpact, Chad served as a Program Manager at SAIC, where he was a vital member of the leadership team supporting the USDA Information Technology Governance, Management, Strategy, and Security Contract and was responsible for contract management and the strategic technical team comprised of Enterprise and Solution Architects. Chad has also served as an Account and Bid Manager at Global Cloud Xchange, where he was responsible for managing multiple global Fortune 1000 accounts and the full lifecycle of the clientele’s Global Telecom Outsourcing Bids.
In his new role, Chad Johnson will continue oversight of the USDA portfolio and undertake additional responsibilities across NetImpact’s other FedCiv programs.
