Chad M. Johnson serves as NetImpact’s Vice President of the Federal Civilian Business Unit. Chad joined in 2022 and first oversaw program delivery for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) portfolio, propelling growth across various mission areas.
His leadership steered major digital transformative initiatives, including modernizing enterprise technical operations with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) enhancements. Before NetImpact, Chad led strategic and enterprise architecture initiatives at SAIC and managed Fortune 1000 accounts and telecom outsourcing bids at Global Cloud Xchange.
Reputed for his customer-centric commitment to managing diverse stakeholders, large teams, and complex projects, Chad brings almost two decades of mission modernization experience in his oversight of FedCiv.
