Chad M. Johnson serves as NetImpact’s Vice President of AI Transformation and Delivery, where he leads the company’s efforts to scale AI-enabled modernization, strengthen delivery execution, and drive measurable transformation outcomes across customer missions. In this role, Chad focuses on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, secure, and repeatable delivery models that align customer priorities, cross-functional teams, automation, governance, and mission value.
Since joining NetImpact in 2022, Chad has driven program delivery and growth across federal civilian mission areas, including oversight of major digital transformation initiatives. His work has supported large-scale cloud migrations, accelerated software modernization efforts, and improved the efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of mission delivery.
Chad brings two decades of mission modernization experience, with prior leadership roles at SAIC and Global Cloud Xchange. Known for his customer-centric approach and ability to lead stakeholders, teams, and complex programs, Chad helps NetImpact customers move from AI ambition to operational impact.
