Chad Sheridan is the Chief Innovation Officer at NetImpact Strategies, where he leads enterprise innovation, applying emerging technologies to accelerate mission outcomes across the federal government. With more than 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Chad focuses on AI, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud solutions to modernize systems and improve service delivery.
At NetImpact, Chad champions platform-agnostic innovation using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and open-source technologies. He plays a key role in developing solutions that reduce technical debt, streamline operations, and support Zero Trust, CX, and digital government mandates.
Before joining NetImpact, Chad served in several senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he oversaw major IT modernization efforts, including the launch of farmers.gov and the adoption of agile delivery models across mission-critical systems. He also spent nearly two decades with the U.S. Navy’s Naval Nuclear Propulsion Directorate, where he managed a $100M+ IT portfolio and led enterprise transformation initiatives.
Chad holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia, completed executive education at MIT Sloan, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia.
