Kavita Kalatur is the Founder and Chairperson of NetImpact Strategies, an award-winning technology consulting firm delivering digital transformation and mission-focused solutions to the U.S. federal government.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Kavita has built NetImpact into one of the nation’s leading woman-owned GovCon firms by fostering a culture of innovation, customer success, and trusted partnerships. Prior to founding NetImpact, she held leadership positions at Oracle and Deloitte Consulting.
Kavita serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) and is an active leader across the federal technology community. She is a FedHealthIT100 Hall of Fame inductee, Federal 100 Award recipient, and Washington Business Journal Business Leader Award honoree. Passionate about mentorship and community impact, she continues to champion innovation, collaboration, and the next generation of technology leaders.
Beyond business, Kavita is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service through the NetImpact Foundation and other charitable initiatives supporting education, healthcare, veterans, and underserved communities. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Inn at NIH, reflecting her longstanding commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond the workplace.
Kavita is the Founder and Chairperson of NetImpact Strategies Inc., and spearheaded NetImpact’s growth at a staggering 75% CAGR since inception. With a “Customer-First” approach, she has built a collaborative culture where NetImpact professionals work as Trusted Advisors driving innovation and outcome-focused results to meet customer needs.

Before founding NetImpact, Kavita was the Consulting Practice Director for Oracle’s Primavera Portfolio Management software and worked in leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting.
